Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (like perishable items, intimate apparel, and digital downloads) are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or a replacement for a defective or incorrect item? We’re happy to exchange it for you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
