Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain products (like perishable items, intimate apparel, and digital downloads) are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
